Dream Castle Hotel Marne La Vallee

Hotel staff welcoming and very helpful at all times, we were told everything we needed to know to make our trip to disneyland a wonderful experience. The location was ideal, a 10 minute trip by shuttle which departed every 20 minutes from the hotel entrance. There was a really good inside play area that children loved and the swimming pool and gym facilities were excellent, we did nt have enough time to use these so I would stay longer next time and relax!

Fabulous hotel with excellent facilities in a good location. Food was good. Indoor play park excellent. Swimming pool had been halved by a panel to keep adult swimmers apart. This meant the family side for the volume of people using it was too small with no seating area. Apart from that little gripe. Everything else was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend it and would go back again. Bedrooms were also excellent and comfortable. Would recommend using an Uber to return from the parks at night. Whilst we queue other nationalities don't, meaning the bus shuttle was swamped with people pushing in. Going to the park from the hotel is great, it's just the return journey at night.

Stunning hotel, great facilities and great location to Disneyland short journey in a bolt taxi for only €13 or free shuttle (we didn’t use as it was very busy and always full). Great breakfast with a decent variety. Pool was great and the slide was an added bonus for the kids was warm and great splash pool for the tiny ones. Great indoor play area and park also onsite. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable which included a mini fridge and hairdryer. Can’t fault it at all was blown away by the cleanliness and the beautiful views in the yard. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

Soon as you walk in you can smell the cleanliness of the hotel. Great customer service, the staff were friendly, similing very kind. They couldn’t have been more helpful and their English was fantastic! Anything we needed they made sure we could get.great set up for breakfast many choices. Everything was very well stocked at breakfast. Good food hygiene. They had a lovely kids corner where the youngest went and played in. Timings for pool access and kids play area were great! Check and check out time was good too! The beds were so comfy and the rooms were immaculate! We loved the decor and bird lights! The hall way was decorated for Valentine’s Day which was a lovely touch. So much for kids to do in here! Even though it is a partner hotel of Disney it felt just as magical as any of the others but at a more accessible price

The lobby interior is impressive and enjoyable. Staff were friendly at the front desk and bar. Location was good. The bedroom was great and double beds large.
